Carousel cigarette dispenser

soda siphon mechanical table cigarette dispenser, 1950s–1960s.
Lifting the cap activates the carousel mechanism and ejects the cigarettes.
Two assembled components: cylindrical body in silver plate with embossed and chased leaf decoration blackened with niello or chemical patination, and a radial carousel mechanism in raw brass with cigarette-holding pins.
