Screen-printed ceramic tile, Agenore Fabbri, Milan, 1970s–1980s.
Signed "A. Fabbri" lower right. Private commission for restaurant "Alla Bella Pisana": geometric-conceptual subject with two hands meeting around a gem, against concentric squares in white, black and pale blue.
Fabbri (Quarrata 1911 – Savona 1998) worked extensively in Albisola, a manufactory shared with Fontana, Appel and Jorn.
Unique piece for a very limited edition.
