Body in blown glass in two distinct zones: transparent lower cylinder and upper dome in satin opaline glass. When lit, the dome appears to float detached from the body, an effect produced by the transition between the two glass types.
Fontana Arte, founded in early '900, counts Gio Ponti, Max Ingrand and Carlo Scarpa among its designers.
Closed dome version, considered a rare variant.
